Multiple interactive zones
The Ubiq'Window bar is seamlessly installed on the top of the window shop, hidden by a decorative board. No sensors are installed on the window.
Multiple interactive zones are defined with adhesives, photos or LCDs screens on the window shop or inside.
A digital interaction (movie, pictures, sound animation etc) is associated with each interactive zone...
How does it works?
Optronical principles: Optics (signal analysis and treatment) + trigonometrical calculation. Real-time calculations of algorithms.
Components: 2 cams, rail of light (Infra Red), filters, fans...
Constraints: No panel, but a black colored U frame.
Detection of gesture by analyzing contrast with the frame.
Triangulation of the 2 cams.

Mainly based on signal treatment. The system acquires and analyzes real time video flows.
Each flow is composed of several successive pictures of the interactive environment.

Sensitivity of sensors and videos
The system (algorithms) adapts permanently the sensitivity of the cams to optimize the treatment of signals and to assure good detection.
The environment has an influence on the technology, but not on the final user. Ubiq'window adapts the main parameters in real time. The system operates effectively in various conditions; daylight, at night and even in the rain.
There is no magnetic influence.
The optimized signal enables a good detection of the finger using the contrast with frame.
